Bavan Gallery is proud to announce that artist Samaneh Motallebi is participating in the group exhibition Tehran – Baghdad: Crossed Perspectives on Contemporary Painting, held at the Cité internationale des arts in Paris. Curated by BADGUIR Association, the exhibition brings together contemporary Iranian and Iraqi painters in a visual dialogue that explores cultural identity, memory, and socio-political landscapes across two neighboring capitals.
Motallebi’s work will be displayed alongside other regional artists, emphasizing the rich, shared histories and artistic continuities—and divergences—between Tehran and Baghdad.
